The symposium is open to the public, though participants are encouraged to register to receive access to panelist papers and symposium updates. Access to the nine precirculated papers is restricted to those will be able attend the panels on April 1-2

In early March 2016, panelist papers will be uploaded to the symposium’s Google Groups page, which allows registered participants to read the papers and discuss in the moderated forums.
