We are grateful to the support from NSF; the workshop will provide a number of travel awards to junior researchers.  Priorities will be given to participants who present. Only out-of-town participants are eligible. To apply for a travel award, please first submit your title and abstract through the conference webpage. Then request travel support by sending an application, including the applicant’s CV and the paper itself (double-spaced, at most 22 pages in length, including figures, tables, references and appendix) or an extended abstract by email with the subject “Last Name, First Name; Award application”, to npwork2016@gmail.com before August 3, 2016. You will be informed of the decision by August 10, 2016.
