Christal Phillips gave this PowerPoint presentation on the Pedagogy of Action at the Institute for Poverty Alleviation and International Development at Yonsei University in South Korea in 2011. Christal was not directly a participant of the POA program, but a student of Dr. Haniff’s who learned the module and has continued to find new ways to use the empowerment methodology.
