Ph.D. students Jeremy Schroeder and Brian Walsh ran the Detroit Marathon in 2011, while Lyle ran the Detroit Half Marathon. Jeremy completed the Marathon in 3:03.46, Lyle completed the half in 1:35.32.
Undergraduate lab member and women’s field hockey co-captain Eileen Brandes with Owen and the rest of the lab after the women beat 14th ranked Boston University 3-1 on Sept. 18th. Owen and the lab cheered for Eileen and the women’s field hockey team with our shirts spelling eye ballz, which is Eileen’s field hockey nickname.
