Microgrid Study for Ann Arbor

Students and faculty team up to explore Ann Arbor microgrid solutions

I worked with colleague Susan Fancy in the University of Michigan Energy Institute to advise five students who spent the summer modeling electric microgrids and renewable energy potential for the City of Ann Arbor. The project turned out great and we are continuing our work with the City of Ann Arbor, the Ann Arbor Public Schools (AAPS), and the University of Michigan.
