I started noticing it as an oddity about 4 years ago: people in Hong Kong wheeling their fluffed up little fur-balls in baby strollers. The pampered pooches of Hong Kong is now the norm. Sit in the Starbucks in the Mikiki Mall in Kowloon for a few hours in early 2018 and you will see perhaps a hundred people walking with (not walking) or wheeling their groomed little dogs, carrying on with one another the way you might see a bunch of new parents in the park. You do not have to buy an actual baby stroller, either, there is now a booming industry of pet prams.
