Biology of sex differences course

This semester I’m really excited to organize a graduate seminar course about sex/gender from perspectives of evolutionary & neuroscience research (a vast topic!). Topics range from how we should talk about sex/gender in biological research, the evolution of sexual reproduction, the origins of a supposedly binary world, ¬†sexual conflict, development of sex or gender differences, and whether the brains of females and males differ. We’ll even discuss gender discrimination issues in science and academia.

As a part of this class, all students joined Twitter and we will be tweeting what papers we discuss or outcomes from the course using the hashtags & .
