Downtown Ann Arbor hotels book very quickly. We have a limited number of rooms being held in the following hotels. All of the rooms will be released one month prior to the event date (around February 22, 2017). After this date, availability and room rates below are not guaranteed. (FYI, there are many other hotels located South near Briarwood Mall, and others east and west of the city, but as far as downtown Ann Arbor, the first three hotels in the chart below – are the only hotels with availability at that time. There are a few more B&B’s and of course there is AirBnB if you like using that service.)
