Martin Weiss

Martin Weiss is a Holocaust survivor and ended up owning a chain of bakeries in Detroit, including one on Chene. At one point, he was supplying breads to Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor, prior to the opening of the Zingerman’s bakehouse. Very moving and emotional interview conducted in June 2013. Lori Weiss is Martin’s daughter.
