Dr. Howard Friedman

Judge Bernard Friedman is a senior U.S. Federal District Judge in southeastern Michigan. Dr. Howard Friedman is the Judge’s brother. Their grandfather, Abraham, opened a shoe repair store off of Chene Street, where later their father, Dr. David Friedman, had a medical office. Judge Friedman recently struck down Michigan’s ban on gay marriage. This is a great story and well told. Interview conducted in September 2013.
