DISC gets under way with the pilot course “Islam in Africa”

Islam in Africa is the first course to be offered by the DISC initiative. It is taught by Rudolph “Butch” Ware at the University of Michigan and shared with University of Iowa and University of Minnesota simultaneously. Below are some highlights from the course this semester.
