Data

Making our data publicly available and accessible is a priority for the Geomicrobiology Lab.

Great Lakes Atlas of Multi-omics Research (GLAMR)

We are collecting and standardizing publicly available omics data and associated metadata from the Laurentian Great Lakes to increase its value and utility by making it more standardized, accessible, and approachable. Standardized data products from our bioinformatics pipelines will be accessible via our Great Lakes Atlas of Multi-omics Research (GLAMR) website. With the GLAMR website, users can find and explore omics datasets from the Great Lakes in the context of available nutrient and physical conditions. GLAMR currently contains omics data from amplicon, metagenomic, and metatranscriptomic sequencing projects.

We are always looking to expand the datasets available via GLAMR. If you have sequencing data you’d like to submit, please contact us at GLAMR-omics@umich.edu.

StrainDB

Check back soon! We are currently in the process of creating a public website that contains data from all of the Western Lake Erie Culture Collection (WLECC) strains. For now, please check out the following publication:
