Ahead of next week’s meeting, we would like to invite all participants to upload a one page, US letter size PDF introducing yourselves (including a photo), your research interests, and perhaps a recent result or two. These will be combined into a single PDF document by the LOC which will be distributed to everyone on Wednesday evening.
In order to facilitate collection of these PDFs, we have created a dropbox folder to which you can upload your document. You should have received a separate email invite to this folder, which will require a (free) dropbox account. We ask that you please upload your PDF by Wednesday lunchtime next week to allow us time to combine them into a single document ahead of the start of the meeting. If you have any issues with uploading, please contact LOC member George King (kinggw@umich.edu).
For those giving presentations at the meeting, we have also created a second dropbox folder where we will be collecting slides ahead of time. If this applies to you, you should soon (by the end of Friday) receive a second dropbox invitation in order to gain access to this folder. Acceptable formats are PDF, PowerPoint, Pages, or Keynote. We ask that you upload your slides with a filename that is the session number your talk is in, followed by an underscore, then your surname e.g. for George King in session three, the filename would be 3_King.pdf. We ask that you upload your slides by the end of Wednesday next week.
