On the second floor of Hatcher a woodblock depicting Athena in triplet stands guard right outside the Serials and Microforms Services. The Greek Goddess of Wisdom is colored with red and black in a way akin to how she would have been on the famous vase paintings of antiquity. The woodblock prints serve as a perfect compliment to the Parthenon Frieze replica on the second floor of Hatcher (one piece of which faces it on the opposing wall). These Athenas were created in 1995 for an exhibit in the Nashville Parthenon.
