This particular artwork of the Federal art program had Gerald Mast as its designer and Clivia Calder as its sculptor. What did they create? Well, if one goes up the loading dock ramp and looks over the ivy-covered wall, one can catch the subtle aquamarine shine of a sea nymph (the title of the work) riding a giant fish.
