NSF GRFP Results – The Kennedy Group

NSF GRFP Results

We congratulate our group members for receiving offers and honorable mentions from the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program. Joshua Jones (incoming class of 2018) was awarded this prestigious fellowship for his proposed work in using liquid chromatography for the discovery of unique nucleosides. Josh performs this work between both the Kennedy and Koutmou groups.

Additionally, we congratulate Peter-Phillip Booth (incoming class of 2018) who received an honorable mention from the fellowship selection committee for his work in developing a microfluidic western blotting technique.

Josh joins Ashley Lenhart (incoming class of 2018), another student in our group who was offered the fellowship as an undergraduate.

Congratulations to all!
