Sunhong Kim

Sunhong Kim is a doctoral student in ethnomusicology at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on gender hierarchy and power relations in the court/folk music ensembles in South Korea. Her current research interest is expanded to a sub-genre of Korean popular music which intersects South Korean traditional music with popular music.
