Joshua Puckett

“All your success is on the other side of service. You serve more people, you will be more successful” – Lisa Nickels

Josh’s work is fueled by an unwavering passion for supporting and empowering youth. His commitment to service is not performative, it’s deeply rooted in lived experience, humility, and a powerful sense of responsibility to others. Those who meet him may first see someone quiet, composed, and thoughtful. But once he begins to share his story, his passion becomes undeniable. It radiates through his words, capturing and inspiring those around him.

Even in the most challenging times, Josh remains grounded in the understanding that others may have had it even harder. That self-awareness is embedded into the foundation of his work. He puts others’ needs before his own, not out of obligation, but out of love. He believes that education, especially for those who are incarcerated or system-impacted, is not just academic, but a range of stories to learn from. For him, learning includes spiritual growth, self-reflection, world religions, and social awareness. He weaves this holistic approach into everything he does, applying it to both his professional work and his daily life.

Mindful with his words and intentional in his actions, Josh is a storyteller and a listener, a guide and a student. His energy, though quiet at first, leaves a lasting impact. Above all, his mission is clear: to empower the next generation with knowledge, support, and the belief that they matter.
