2021 COHORT
I am a graduate from Central University of Finance and Economics in China. I chose to pursue a master’s degree in the U.S. because the experience of studying in America last year leave me un unforgettable impression. In my home country, the knowledge taught in class is also at theoretical level and I always don’t know the reason of it. However, everything I learned in America last year I can specifically speak the origin of it. From that I know the absolute distance between the two countries.
In my spare time, I’d like to play basketball (although not too well), doing jogging and listening to music.
For the skills I have already obtained, java might be the program language that I’m mostly familiar with. In addition to it, I have learned a huge amount of math class during the undergraduate study, for instance real analysis, dynamic optimization, stochastic process and etc. Finally, I have a great interest in machine learning since I have taken a course while I was an exchange student in America.
