  • Dr. Isis Settles received the Distinguished Leadership Award from the APA Committee on Women in Psychology for her study of issues relevant to women’s lives
  • Dr. Isis Settles received the Faculty Diversity Research Award from the Department of Psychology at the U-M for her paper “Epistemic exclusion: Scholar(ly) devaluation that marginalizes faculty of color” published in the Journal of Diversity in Higher Education

    •  Student Diversity Research Award from the Department of Psychology at the U-M for her paper “Team climate mediates the effect of diversity on environmental science team satisfaction and data sharing,” published in PLOS ONE
    • Dissertation Fellowship from Rackham Graduate School at the U-M
    • Susan Lipschutz Award from the Rackham Graduate School at the U-M
    • Barbara Perry Roberson Award from the Psychology Department at the U-M
    • Roger W. Brown Award from the Psychology Department at the U-M
    • Her thesis, titled “Lay (mis) perceptions of sexual harassment toward transgender, lesbian, and gay employees,” was featured on the Springer Publishing 2019 LGBTQ+ Pride collection page
  • Graduate student Stephanie Miller-Tejada received an honorable mention for the Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship.

  • Graduate student Sheila Brassel‘s symposium titled “Power, Marginality, and Mistreatment” was selected into the Featured Feminist Science Symposia Series at the Association for Women in Psychology Conference and awarded by APA Division 35
  • Graduate student Kathrina Robotham received Honorable Mention for the Graduate Research Fellowship Program from the National Science Foundation
