Lecture 31: Book D SEC 16.3, 16.4
Reactivity of Carbohydrates
Thinking in Blue: At the end of a typical week of classes, a question is selected and gone and explained in detail. Being given an answer is easy and nearly meaningless, because what matters is thinking about what it takes to generate an answer. These examples illustrate the thought process (thinking, in blue) for arriving at the answer (drawn in red).
