SUMMARY: Russian forces held approximately 30 civilians captive in a residential basement for several days. Multiple Witnesses described how other civilians in town were either killed or wounded by Russian troops during that time.

The Victims of the incident were residents of Irpin, some of whom were professors, who varied in age. One of the victims was shot and killed.
