SUMMARY: The Witness testifies about the bombing of the city of Izium, during which his house, cars, and commercial premises were damaged. The Witness was injured in the hand, as he claims, by a fragment of a cluster bomb. His wife was under the rubble of the house that was hit by the bomb. The Witness was held in captivity for five days in unsatisfactory conditions without any grounds for detention and witnessed the torture of other prisoners.
