SUMMARY: The Witness and his wife were injured when the Russian military fired upon their car with assault rifles and grenade launchers during an attempt to evacuate. The Witness also observed Russian forces fire upon his friend’s car approximately 500 meters ahead. The friend and his daughter were injured, while his friend’s wife was killed.

The Witness of the incident was a male civilian in his 30s.
VICTIMS
There were five Victims—two married couples and a toddler-age child. Four Victims—including the toddler—were wounded, and one of the women died on the spot.
