SUMMARY: The Witness was suspected by Russian forces in the destruction of four Russian military vehicles, as he was witnessed retrieving humanitarian aid that same day near the explosion site outside the villages of Marynivka and Vyacheslavka (Berdyansk). He was detained on May 17, 2022, accused of partisan activities, and was held and interrogated for 2.5 days at the Prymorsk police station. He was then held for 12 days in a former Berdyansk prison before his release on June 1.
