SUMMARY: Russian forces fired upon a civilian convoy of 12 vehicles attempting to evacuate Irpin on March 6, 2022. The cars were marked with “kids” and “evacuation”. At least five civilians died in the attack, and many more were injured. Survivors were detained and denied medical care by Russian forces. This incident was witnessed by the detained civilian from Incident 38.

The Witnesses of the incident were male and female civilians who lived in Irpin and worked as a private guard and a teacher.
VICTIMS
The Victims of the incident were male and female civilians and residents of Irpin who were part of the civilian convoy trying to evacuate. Gunshot wounds and grenade explosions killed them.
ALLEGED PERPETRATORS

The perpetrators were male soldiers in the Russian military who all spoke Russian and wore camouflage uniforms with green masks. The soldiers varied in rank and appeared to be Slavic, with ages ranging between 20-30 years old.
