SUMMARY: The Russian occupiers captured the witness twice. The first time it occurred was on March 28th, 2022, when he and his son were going to the farm because that’s where the phone signal was strongest. There, they were detained by the Russian military, and accused of adjusting fire for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Witness of the incident was a male resident of Izium who worked as a security guard. He used to serve in the ATO.

The perpetrators include members of the Russian military, the internationally unrecognized “Luhansk People’s Republic,” and a female secretary. The perpetrators were aged between their 30s and 40s.
