SUMMARY: On July 27, 2022, a group of four men came to the Witness’s house. The Witness was forced to his knees and handcuffed. They put a hat on his head, wrapped it with tape around his head so that he could not see, and took him to Kupyansk. The Witness was tortured there with electicity.
