SUMMARY: The Witness was detained, tortured, and imprisoned for two weeks in Olenivka, which is located in the temporarily occupied Donetsk Region, for suspicion of terrorism during the Russian occupation of his village of Anadol.
WITNESSES
The Witness of the incident was a male civilian who worked as a local farmer. He was also a member of the “For the Future!” party.
VICTIMS
The first victim of the incident is the witness mentioned above. The other victims included police officers, soldiers, and volunteer drivers.

The perpetrators were employees (who varied in rank) of the Deputy Head of the Department for Organized Crime (DOC), of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), and of the internationally unrecognized “Donetsk People’s Republic.” One perpetrator later took a position at the Department of Internal Affairs in Volnovakha Raion.
