George was an undergraduate research assistant in the Tronson lab from 2015 to 2017, where he completed his Honors thesis. While a member of the Tronson lab, George assessed the role of persistent microglial activation and alterations in DNA repair factor levels after on long-lasting memory changes in models of cryo-injury myocardial infarction and sub-chronic immune challenge. Currently, he serves as Lab Manager for the lab of Dr. Na Ji at UC Berkeley.
