Further notes:
- Lessons can be provided in English, German, or both.
- Providing access to primary source materials on this website is limited to copyright law. Therefore, we prefer to provide full citation information wherever possible and to direct instructors to utilize libraries or online repositories to access primary sources. Selected excerpts can be uploaded so long as they are not in violation of fair use policies within the US.
- Links to external websites can be useful, however they are more prone to issues in the long term and can provide stale results or break. Therefore, we prefer to upload PDFs or other portable file formats of any slides and accompanying materials directly to this website. We limit external links on a case by case basis. Typically, if something is easily findable on google we do not link it, but if it is a more niche website that substantially bolsters the lesson we do link to it. We readily link between lessons and resources within this database.
- A small team maintains this website. We strive to upload new lessons in a timely manner, but it depends on the capacity of the team at the time of the submission.
