Rooms for the participants of the OddPols 2016 conference have been booked at the University of Michigan dorms and at two local hotels, all within walking distance from the conference venue. Special conference rates are available from June 24th until June 28th, 2016. Dorms are our primary lodging option. All rooms are are either in a brand new dormitory or have been recently remodeled. Please note that you should make your own hotel reservation using the information provided on this site.
North Quadrangle Dorm

This is a new University of Michigan dormitory, opened just a few years ago. It is located right next to the conference venue. It provides comfortable and affordable accommodations in single and double rooms. Rooms includes one (single) or two (double) twin beds with semi-private bath facilities. All rooms are air-conditioned, and include a linen packet at check-in (contains: towels, sheet set, pillow and blanket). We have 20 rooms contracted at this dorm. Cambridge House Dorm

This is a newly renovated University of Michigan dormitory, reopened in 2015. It is located right next to the banquet venue and 7 minutes walk from the conference venue. It provides comfortable and affordable accommodations in single and double rooms. Rooms includes one (single) or two (double) twin beds with communal bath facilities. All rooms are air-conditioned, and include a linen packet at check-in (contains: towels, sheet set, pillow and blanket). We have 35 rooms contracted at this dorm. Bell Tower Hotel

To book a room at this hotel please follow the instructions below. Go to http://www.belltowerhotel.com/, enter your arrival date, number of nights and click “GO”. Then click “1. Search” and click “Do you have a group code?”. Enter our group code 12487 and click “Search availability”. Then you will be able to complete your reservation.
