Alaa Haj Ali
I am a Lecturer III, and the Director of the Mathematics Learning Center (MLC) at the Mathematics Department of the University of Michigan.
I have been in this position since August 2024. Before that, I was a Teaching Assistant Professor at Arizona State University for two years, a Postdoctoral Scholar at Arizona State University for one year, and a Golomb Visiting Assistant professor at Purdue University for two years. I received my PhD in Mathematics from Wayne State University in May 2019.
