Registration Deadlines

Student scholarship application forms must be submitted and received by June 21, 2021 at 2:59 am EDT. You will be notified by June 25, 2021 if you have received a scholarship.

Important Notices

You must be a 2021 member of APA Division 45 at the time of registration to register at member registration rates, or you must register at non-member rates. There are no exceptions.

Since we will use Zoom video conferencing and webinar services for this virtual conference, all participants must provide an email address that is linked to a Zoom account and must have access to a device that meets Zoom system requirements. You can find information for signing up for a free Zoom account here and requirements for a desktop or a mobile device. Please note that registrants will receive further instructions for attending the conference on Zoom leading up to the conference. All presentations will be recorded and shared with attendees after the conference.

To be eligible for a conference student scholarship you must be a current student at your institution. If awarded a scholarship, your conference registration fee will be waived. Additionally, if you are not a current member of Division 45, you will receive Division 45 membership for January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022. Scholarship awards are limited so please apply below at your earliest convenience.

2021 Division 45 Conference Registration Rates

  • Conference registration rates for non-members include Division 45 membership for Jan. 1, 2022 – Dec. 31, 2022.
  • Please note, you must be a current member of Division 45 to qualify for the below member rates. Having only a general APA membership does not make you eligible for registering at the member rates.
  • All rates include preconference registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notification must be received no later than June 8, 2021 at 2:59 am EDT in order to qualify for a refund. To cancel your registration, please send your request to apadivision45conference@gmail.com.
