Macomb County Commissioner, 2020 – Present
Mai Xiong is a Hmong American. She and her family immigrated to the U.S. under the refugee relocation program in 1987.
Xiong is a small business owner and is currently serving as Macomb County Commissioner.
In January 2021, Xiong was also elected as Vice-Chair of the Public Services Committee on the Macomb County Board.
