Waters LC Preparative Auto-Purification System

This system enables high-throughput separation and fractionation of compounds from naturally-occurring sources or from multi-step chemical synthesis strategies. Features of this platform include a single quadrupole detector (SQD2) mass spectrometer, photodiode array detector, and AutoPurify to automatically screen samples during processing.

Waters Cyclic Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometry

In this state-of-the-art mass spectrometer, the traditional linear ion mobility region is replaced with a compact cyclic ion guide, leading to greater ion mobility resolution. This configuration introduces the unique ability to perform ion mobility/ion mobility and IMSn experiments. This system is supported by an M-Class ACQUITY ultra-high performance liquid chromatogahy UHPLC liquid chromatograph and can be run with a standard ESI source or a nano-ESI source.

Thermo Q-Exactive Ultra-High Mass Range (UHMR) Orbitrap Mass Spectrometry

This MS offers high-resolution native intact mass identification (up to 80,000 m/z) and MS/MS capabilities for detailed analysis of protein complex stoichiometries, drug-associated assemblies, and top- and middle-down proteomic analyses. The instrument is set up for direction infusion using standard ESI or nano-ESI sources.

Thermo TSQ-Quantis Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry

This system is optimal for targeted quantitation of a wide array of molecular species, including those found in complex mixtures.  These studies can be accomplished using single reaction monitoring (SRM), multiple reaction monitoring (MRM), parallel reaction monitoring (PRM) or full scan modes of operation. This MS is supported by a Vanquish high-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) stack containing a binary pump, column heater, auto-sampler and photodiode array detector.
