On behalf of CSIE|UM, I invite you to the second week of our discussion panel on the roles and experiences of faculty members with respect to academic laboratory management. This panel will be on Friday Mar. 31 from 12-1pm in room 1706.

This panel will feature our own Profs. Alison Narayan, Nathaniel Szymczak, and Vincent Pecoraro. This will be a town hall style question and answer discussion session on the role of professors in professional development of trainees.

We intend for this panel to focus on topics including: motivation, conflict resolution, effective communication strategies, and research collaborations. If you are interested in attending, please register at the following link.
