Research Interests

Key words: microbial physiology, omics, harmful algal blooms, cyanotoxins

Overview: My research is focused on genetic characterization of harmful algal blooms. I am interested in detection of cyanotoxins and understanding how environmental factors such as nutrient type influences their synthesis.
