9 January, 2024 – The University of Michigan completed a perfect (14 -0!!!) NCAA football season to secure the national championship. Celebrations ensued in Ann Arbor! Meanwhile, the Buss Group adopted findensers to offset the carbon footprint of this Michigan-themed big rig.

The Buss group starts off strong in 2024 with Graden Snyder (Left) officially becoming the newest member! Additionally, we have Shae Hagler (Middle) and Marek Vavrovic (Right) rotating for the Winter semester. It is great to have all three of them on the team!

We all got together for an evening of fun, food, and friendship (and espresso!) at the Buss house. There was even a special appearance from a pair from Mount Crumpit!
“Well done, Max!”

An awesome showing from the lab down in Bowling Green–posters from the whole team and a fantastic talk by Hayley!

Ellis' poster earned recognition as the top undergraduate poster presentation; great job Ellis!

9 November, 2023 – Better late than never. A warm Buss-group welcome to the three awesome rotation students who matched for the Fall ’23 semester. We are excited for you all to learn what we are about, get integrated into the lab, and we are keen to see how your different flavors of metal cluster chemistry evolve.
13 October, 2023 – Michela just published her metal-metal salt metathesis chemistry in an awesome ACIE communication. Check out the first example of using arene-supported metallates to construct heteromultimetallic clusters here. Great work Michela!
