Kimberley Seed
Assistant Professor of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology
Dr. Seed received her Ph.D. in Microbiology & Biotechnology from the University of Alberta. She came to MCDB from the Department of Molecular Biology & Microbiology at Tufts University School of Medicine where she was a postdoctoral fellow with Professor Andrew Camilli.

Amelia earned her BA in Biology from Vassar College and her MPH in Hospital & Molecular Epidemiology from the University of Michigan. Currently, Amelia is investigating the cues leading to PLE induction upon phage infection. Awarded the Genetics Training Grant in 2015.
