The Undergraduate Advisor will provide interested students with information and guidance in planning a major in Evolutionary Anthropology or minor in Biological Anthropology. Upon review of the information on the major and minor, we encourage you to meet with the Advisor to discuss specific courses and ways in which Evolutionay and Biological Anthropology can contribute to your career goals.

Walk-in Advising is available with the Undergraduate Program Coordinator on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30–10:00 AM and from 12:30–1:30 PM. The Undergraduate Program Coordinator will also respond to basic advising questions via email at anthroadvising@umich.edu. However, some questions require an in-person appointment. These include questions about:

1. transfer or study abroad credit,

2. senior audit (a.k.a. major release)

3. career paths or graduate school.
