Special rates and rooms have been set aside at some area hotels.    In addition to those listed, you may contact Visit Ann Arbor (Prev. the Ann Arbor Convention & Visitors Bureau) for further information.   Please note that if you are a speaker that will be reimbursed for your accommodations, the maximum you will be reimbursed for accommodations is approx. $180 per night.  The two options listed below that are located right downtown, have a higher nightly rate than $180 and you will be responsible for paying anything over that amount.  There are many options that fall well within this range.  Many are located near State St. and Hwy 94 near Briarwood Mall.  But there are a lot of options all over the city.  One of these is the Hyatt Place which is in this southern part of the city.  They are providing a great rate of $119/night.  They have a free shuttle that we can organize to take guests to the conference together in the morning, and return in the evening.

1. The Graduate Hotel Ann Arbor

2. The Residence Inn by Marriott – Ann Arbor Downtown

3. Hyatt Place  Ann Arbor
