Michigan Union
The Michigan Union accessible entry is on the north side of the building towards the cube side. There is an automatic door operator and ramp down to the central elevators that then connect all floors vertically. All of the restrooms have an accessible stall within the restrooms.
Gender Inclusive Restrooms
Level 1 – 1208T central hallway between the separate gender restrooms
Level 2 – 2044T and 2040T on the north side of central elevators
Level 3 – 3212T on the north side of central elevators
Level 4 – 4145T and 4141T on the north side of central elevators
Lactation Rooms
Room 2042 (Personal Care Room) on the 2nd floor, behind the Pendleton Room is available on a first come first serve basis. It is a single-user room, locks from the inside and is equipped with a chair, sink, electrical outlets, and diaper changing table. Call the Manager on Duty with any room issues at 734-660-5492. Reflection Rooms
Reflection rooms are located on the 4th Floor and are accessible with M-Cards during building hours.
Michigan League
The Michigan League accessible entries are on the north end and south ends of the building. Both north and south entry have automatic door operators. Restrooms are accessible on levels B, 1, 2 and 3, however the north restrooms by the theater are not accessible.
Gender Inclusive Restrooms
Gender inclusive restrooms that are single occupant but may not be signed gender inclusive are 232T and 343T. Note restroom 232T is not accessible.
Lactation Rooms
The Reflection Room, 3rd floor, room 347, is also used as a personal room for breastfeeding parents. Members of the university community can gain access with their MCard. Contact the Building Manager at the Information Desk for information on securing the space for lactation purposes. A privacy setting allows the space to be secured from the inside. The room at the League includes a table, two chairs, and an outlet. Call the Manager on Duty with any room issues at 734-260-4117. If you have questions, email UUOperations@umich.edu.
