Poster Session

Submissions have closed

We invite submissions of abstracts for posters that identify innovations in research or practice related to sexual harassment and gender-based violence. Posters may present research findings or interventions. We are especially interested in posters that highlight the process of healing, new directions in research and practice, the transformation of individuals or institutions, or that seek to improve prevention and response to sexual and gendered harm. We strive for diversity in topic and disciplinary approaches. Posters may focus on the university or the community, and on U.S. or international cases. Undergraduate students, graduate students, practitioners, faculty, staff, and/or community partners are encouraged to submit.

The abstract should describe the program or research project. For research projects, please describe how findings could be translated into practice. After review, submitters will be notified of the planning committee’s decision in early April by email. Authors of accepted posters will be expected to engage with conference participants about their poster over a lunch poster session at the Michigan League on Friday, May 19th. Posters will also be displayed in the Michigan League for viewing throughout the day. The conference registration fee will be waived for up to three poster authors.

Notifications of acceptance will be shared in early May.
