Study Groups
MaCSS Study Sessions for Cohort A are taking place weekly during the Fall 2023 semester, at the following times and locations:
- Mondays – 7:00-8:00pm at Undergraduate Science Building (USB) 2230
- Wednesdays – 10:30-11:30am at School of Education Building (SEB) 2228
Study sessions are intended to foster a sense of community amongst MaCSS scholars by offering additional academic and social support and are open to all! Stop in to meet up with other students who are currently taking the same courses, bring something to work on independently, or just see some familiar faces and getting some study snacks!
Monthly Meetings with M-Sci
The MaCSS Program is working in collaboration with M-Sci to offer monthly meetings, providing information about available resources and support services on campus to assist scholars in achieving their educational and career goals. Monthly meetings include topics such as applying for internship opportunities, skill building workshops, and making the most out of mentoring relationships.
Joint monthly meetings with MaCSS Cohort A and M-Sci are taking place during the Fall 2023 semester at the following times and locations:
- Thursday, November 2 – 4:40-6:00pm at Central Campus Classroom Building (CCCB) 3460
- Thursday, November 30 – 4:40-6:00pm at Central Campus Classroom Building (CCCB) 3460
An additional meet-up to study for finals with the MaCSS cohort will take place on Thursday, December 7 from 11:00am-2:00pm at the Undergraduate University Building (USB) 1230!
