A couple of weeks ago we sent out notifications to people selected to participate in this meeting (as well as some people who are now on a waitlist).

We have decided to work directly with the hotel to manage the reservations, to hopefully make life easier for everyone. Please just make sure to let us know if your accommodations need some sort of adjustment.

Along those lines, we will be sending out a survey soon to all speakers and participants, collecting information related to your visit. Please keep an eye on your inbox for that.
