MIPACT Surveys Overview

The surveys administered to study participants during the MIPACT study period are listed below.  Survey results are available in the Survey_Columns file.

Blood Pressure SurveyThis survey is administered during each blood pressure task, which consists of two BP measurements. It includes a mood and stress scale as well as questions about recent meals, drug/alcohol use, and other factors affecting blood pressure. Female participants are also asked questions regarding their menstrual cycle.Daily during Phase 1 and weekly during Phase 2
Medical History SurveysThis set of surveys is sent to participants with insufficient EHR data (mostly non-Michigan Medicine patients) and captures general medical history information (cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular diagnoses, procedures, medications, etc.).At enrollment and quarterly
