Field Director | The Kibale Chimpanzee Project & The Kasiisi Project
Emily received a PhD in primatology from Makerere University. She has been the Field Director of the Kibale Chimpanzee Project since 2005, directing the daily activities of long-term data collection on chimpanzee behavior. Emily is further the Country Director of the Kasiisi Project, working in conservation education to contribute to the protection of the chimpanzees and their habitat.
