Logan Corey has published an essay in The Peer Review
Logan Corey (RC 2013) is co-author of an essay appearing in the Summer 2020 issue of The Peer Review, a special, six-section issue on “Dress Practices as Embodied Multimodal Rhetoric.” With four other women, Logan co-wrote “Challenges of Professional Dress for Women Writing Center Workers.” The article is based on a workshop that Logan spearheaded on campus in winter 2013, with the same group. “We then presented at the National Conference for Peer Tutoring in Writing in FL in fall 2013,” Logan says, “where I earned a Burkean Parlor grant to attend.”
The Peer Review is a fully online, open-access, multimodal scholarly journal that promotes the work of emerging writing center researchers.
Logan is the head of RC Admissions where she recruits the new class of RC students. When she’s not passionately talking about the RC, Logan can be found writing, on a hiking trip, or taking photos of her dog and cat. She was editor of the RC Review in 2013.
