Field Trip: ES George Reserve

Field Trip: E.S. George Reserve

Join us at the E.S. George Reserve for a guided tour of University of Michigan’s local field station (located ~30 minutes from Ann Arbor), a closed natural area used for research and teaching. The ESGR has a long history of herp research including on Ambystoma salamanders, wood frogs, amphibians more generally, and turtles. We will visit the experimental ponds and hike through the woods in search of herps. The trip departs from the Michigan League in the afternoon of June 27th. Time: 12-4 pm. Capacity: 40 participants.
